Volunteer Appreciation Night!(: 201208

haha okie one more post! wow what a breather! fancy posting 2posts in one goal! haha(:
yupps. the venue that peirong, huihong and i were supposed to meet the other ppl (we didnt even know who was coming and the number of people that was going to turn up) was at smu settlers cafe. lol so we reached there at about 3pm.. then we waited and waited and waited. finally a familiar face appeared and somehow he recognised the other volunteers too. and it turned out that they have been waiting too! the worst thing was they were just beside us! lol so diao right! ahaha=)
before we were about to leave for the games and activities planned, i realised my wallet was missing. then i recalled that i left it in the toilet at about 3plus. but by the time i knew about it, it was already 4plus. so i dun think i'm gonna ever find it back again! ahhhh. well, at least i'm quite fortunate cos i didnt have much money and what i lost was just ezlink, popular card, minitoons and a few other cards. though it's pretty troublesome that i must take passport photo again. haha(: but at least it wont be that ugly tkgs photo anymore. hehe. o wells.
yes, we split everyone up into 2groups! and i was the game leader for my wonderful group! haha my group was made up of super clever ppl and they are from really good schs! like 2 HC high guys, 3 DHS and 3 RV one. haha. smartasses! lol. okie, but they are all really nice ppl. and our group completed all the stations! gosh we were super on la! heh=) so proud of them! and through this, i also met ashley tan yuan zeng. urgh -.- stupid guy who keeps talking non stop like a chatterbox and he keeps suan-ing, fighting and arguing with me! haha but it was fun la!
we reached Settlers' at 7plus. then after dinner, we played the game of life! wow my first time playing it and it's actually quite fun. omg.. i was a single mum with 5 kids. tell me how pathetic is that!! ahaha=) and everyone kept laughing. haha whatever man! better than someone who live at the BEACH. ahaha(: at least my cottage is warm and cosy(: heh. but we didnt finish the game in the end.. so sad=/ but nvm! we'll play it the next time we meet! ahaha.
had a great day! phew we manage to catch the last purple line train back! everything went on smoothly and really thank peirong for her hardwork and effort in orgaising VAN! lol and myself too(: yay great job! i love VAN! my group totally rocks my socks! lol:P
